Sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and fully tailored to your individual needs. Each session typically lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours, allowing us the time and space to work deeply without rushing the process.
We begin with a conversation about your goals, current experiences, or any concerns you’d like to explore. We will work together and be supported in developing the skills to enter a focused, calm and receptive state — empowering you to actively engage in the process and begin learning hypnosis and self-hypnosis.
Using carefully chosen language and imagery, we work together to uncover and shift subconscious patterns that may be holding you back. The entire process is rooted in respect, confidentiality, and a deep commitment to your well-being.
